About the course

This course uses the Millennial Eclectic Therapy® (MET) framework to help you build sustainable systems that support your nervous system—not shame it. Across three modules—Habit, Routine, and Ritual—you’ll move from understanding the why behind your behaviors to implementing changes that actually last. Through psychoeducation, structure, and reflective practice, you'll learn to work with your brain instead of battling it. I'm Ashley Peterson, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, and the creator of Millennial Eclectic Therapy®. As a neurodivergent therapist, I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to live in a world that expects consistency without understanding capacity.
