About the course
Millennial Eclectic Therapy® for Couples is a self-paced continuing education course designed for licensed mental health professionals seeking fresh, culturally responsive strategies for working with modern couples. This course blends traditional therapeutic models with a flexible, inclusive approach that integrates technology, generational values, and non-traditional relationship dynamics. Meet Your Instructor
Ashley Peterson, LPC, ADHD-CCSP is the founder of Millennial Eclectic Therapy® and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a personal and professional dedication to supporting individuals with ADHD and neurodivergence. As someone who is neurodivergent herself, Ashley created the comprehensive 90-day ADHD program to provide tailored, practical solutions for managing ADHD in a way that aligns with the unique needs of the millennial generation. With years of clinical experience, Ashley combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with an understanding of the cultural and social challenges that millennials face. Her approach empowers individuals to leverage their strengths, overcome obstacles, and embrace their authentic selves through a holistic, compassionate, and innovative therapy model.
